PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Senior Contract Manager - Negotiates, prepares and manages complex multi-million dollar Defense Subcontracts, Amendments, Teaming Agreements, and Nondisclosure Agreements; manages accurate and complete Subcontract files in databases in accordance with company policy and procedures; manages Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements and change orders; authorizes expenditures; maintains strategic relationship with external and internal clients; functions as Records Manager; and serves on the Methods and Procedures Improvement Committee.
Director - Regulatory Compliance - Prepared External Affairs and Planning Compliance Certifications; managed Agreements and Consent Decrees; served as Regulatory Compliance Records Manager; managed Regulatory Compliance's document discovery; provided advice on regulatory matters; handled diverse Regulatory Compliance assignments; and served as the External Affairs and Planning United Way Campaign Manager.
